Yummy and healthy start of the day

Today, we had one of our favourite breakfasts, I am sharing with my friends.

There is no reason why healthy should not be yuumy and easy.

We love fruit and especially fruit salads, our home version of sweets. The base is often pineapple, mango, grapefruit, strawberries, and eventually Kiwis, melon, or eventually a can of lychees or if not enough fresh fruit, I could add a small can of fruit salad, apricot, mandarines, grapefruits, etc… To add more taste and juice, I add the juice of a lime or an orange.

With that, we have plain naan bread, thin bread, the brown bread is better but less easy to find. eat the bread with butter and feta cheese, our favourite, or any other cheese of your choice. We are not big fan of jam, apart from rose petals jam, black cherries or honey.

Isn’t that easy? hardly any fat, apart a bit of butter with the bread, neasier than frying bacon and eggs.
